We have several clients in these states that are experiencing some Workout problems and are seeking individuals that are capable of providing Short-term  services overseeing and providing collection efforts for problem loan portfolios of Commercial, Agricultural, Real Estate REO, SBA Guarantee loans and other types of credits in Classified Loan Portfolios.   Individuals interested should have a background experience in working with special assets and reduction of Classified Loans.  An in-depth knowledge of banking regulations, bankruptcy laws, lending practices and financial analysis along with extensive experience in negotiating various credit platform transactions and restructuring. Be able to interact with customers, outside directors, securities analysts, regulators, officers and employees is most important.
