Our Client, a "Family Owned" Community Bank which has been in the family for several years has merged a Nebraska and Iowa banking charter into one and has three Branches. This solid establishment has a Loan portfolio balanced between agricultural, real estate and other credits ( consumer and commercial.  Well run institution that will be around for a long time.  Economy in the area is primarily agricultural oriented, small cow calf operations, row crops both dry land and irrigated, alfalfa.  The bank utilizes the Farm Equity Manager program. This is a newly created position.

Responsibilities of this position will be:

Agricultural lending primary skill, supervise Branch facility, supervise the Consumer lending, prepare the Board Report, handle the Asset & Liability along with Pricing Deposits for the Bank .
