| Our Client is a $40 million bank in a rapid growing area of
Colorado that industry in the past has been ranching and orchards, but is
changing rapidly to small ranchetts and commercial business as times are
changing for the area. The Bank is growing and is seeking an individual to
become a Senior Loan Officer. Current President will be retiring in
about 3 years, therefore an opportunity could exist for filling that
position when the time comes.
Individual selected will possess strong credit analysis and\or loan analysis abilities. Primary credits will be commercial and commercial real estate. The person selected could come from a Credit Analysis or Loan Analysis department desiring to relocate to the mountains of Colorado and become a line lender. Or this person could be a lender with considerable experience desiring to relocate to this area and have the opportunity to become a President down the road. Location is near a town of 7,000 population with a brand new hospital. It is a very nice place to live. This recruiter has been there several times and the beauty of the area attracts you there.
