Then we take 1 to 2 hours to evaluate their backgrounds and qualifications, and find out what would constitute an upgrade for them. If your organization is an upgrade, all sides benefit. The recruit finds a better employer, and you have added a proven performer.
We here at R.E.B. & Associates, Inc., have a suggestion. Allow us to present what we consider to be the strongest candidate we represent for your position. Invest a 30 minute interview, evaluate, and then "do not hire". Continue interviewing people from your advertisement, only use our candidate as a standard for comparison. At the completion of the entire process, if you find our candidate considerably stronger and can justify the placement fee, by all means, "Hire Him or Her" .
The only cost to you, until you hire, is 30 minutes of your time. If that 30 minutes results in the best candidate being selected, you have managed your time efficiently.
