The firm, R.E.B. & Associates, Inc. (R.E.B.), was founded in 1981 to provide consulting and executive search services to senior management and directors of financial institutions engaged in Banking and other related Financial Services industries. Recently we have been very active in the Data Processing area for both of these industries and have extended our search services to that field also.
Our main office is located in Omaha, Nebraska with associate offices in various other metro locations. We're involved only in the disciplines of banking, related financial services and data processing due to our extensive backgrounds in these fields. Each of our Consultants was selected due to their expertise in a certain banking or financial services specialty area, i.e., start-up situations, collections, fraud, marketing, operations, investments, trust, audit, asset/liability, data processing and administration. Recently with the addition of Mr. Bauer, we are now able to provide evaluation and due diligence of loan portfolios and the sale of such.
R.E.B. has established strong relationships with the majority of the Regional Banking Centers, Holding Companies, Data Processors and Specialized Computer Programming Services in the United States. With our main office located in the Midwest, our consultants also have many contacts within the Independent Bankers Association. All of these resources can be rapidly engaged and coordinated by R.E.B. to provide maximum executive search efforts to the benefit of our clients.
R.E.B. is prepared to provide Interim Placement Services on a temporary basis when senior management may wish to avoid permanent staff additions that prove redundant in the future.
R.E.B. also provides Independent Reference Checking, which can help improve your decision making on key job candidates. "Good Decisions" come from good information .... there is just no other way to do it.
R.E.B. also provides Third Party Recruiting at a reduced fee structure, which allows you to confidentially inquire as to an individuals interest without disclosing your own interest in that individual.
A final aspect of the R.E.B. service offering is that of loan portfolio and bank brokerage.
